About Us

The Palmeraie's rooms are divided amongst six kasbahs distributed harmoniously around patios and fountains in one and half hectares of garden and parklands filled with trees and flowering bushes. A friendly team ensures a memorable stay at Hotel La Palmeraie.

Accommodation

Mostly on the first level to enable easy access, Hotel La Palmeraie offers single, double and triple rooms distributed amongst six kasbahs which are spread out in a beautiful garden.

To reach Hotel La Palmeraie from Ouarzazate follow the downtown exit to the hotel's area and we are on Avenue Al Magherb Al Arabi next to Berbere Palace I.

MAKING A RESERVATION

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Hotel La Palmeraie includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.

What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.

Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.


At the Hotel La Palmeraie cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in a 50% of total cost cancellation fee. Any cancellation made later that 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in 100% of total cost cancellation fee.


Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable deposit of 10% is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in / check out
