About Us

Restored to its previous grandeur by a passionate team, Riad L'Orangeraie is an ancient Marrakech residence that has been transformed into a riad with a delightful ambiance.

The seven spicy bedrooms, warm and colourful, open onto two patios - the garden patio, where you can enjoy the flowers and aromatic plants while the fountain trickles in the background and the pool patio, an invitation to the art of relaxation, beside the sky blue mosaic pool.

Accommodation

Riad L'Orangeraie has three suites and four rooms. They have air conditioning and heating in winter. The rooms are all glazed in "tadelakt" and include an ensuite bathroom with a shower or a bath.

Location

The riad is located in the Mouassine district (definitely the best district of the medina), 300meters from the main square and 100 meters from the entrance of the souks (Market).

Directions:
Once you locate Bab Laksour (all the taxi drivers know this "door") you head down the street (Sidi Yamani) in front of the door inside the Medina. Our riad is 300 meters from the door (and on this street) in front of the chemist at number 61, Sidi El Yamani.

MAKING A RESERVATION

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Riad L'Orangeraie includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.

What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.

Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.

Riad L'Orangeraie charges 40% of the booking for a cancellation more than 25 days prior arrival and 100% for a cancellation less than 25 days prior arrival. 

Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable 20% deposit is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in / check out.

All reservations made on EasyAfrica are confirmed immediately online. If however you do not wish to confirm your reservation immediately, require further information before doing so or cannot find availability please send your requests to info@easyafrica.co.uk
